The Challenge
Superklub is one of the biggest online shops in Croatia that sells various goods from small household items to electronic devices. We needed to create an elegant eCommerce site that would attract new customers. One of the major client requests was to implement a virtual wallet, which will allow customers to earn virtual currencies while shopping or via referral program. They can spend their virtual money on the shop.
The Solution
After spending a lot of time with the client and based on his specific demands, we decided to go with our in-house solutions – Store4.
We've designed portal have in mind great user experience and usability on all devices. It is the modern and responsive design which appeals to a wide audience.
The next step is to create an intuitive shop with an advanced search bar. Users can search product by multiple criteria such as price range, location, category, manufacturer, supplier and others.
We made sure that the purchased process is easy and for the payment gateway we've integrated WsPay Forms. With a few steps, the user can securely register and at the same time purchase the product.
The Conclusion
Because it is built entirely on our enterprise version of the Store the Superklub stuff can streamline and automate their entire sales process. They can manage all the site content, sales documents (invoices, orders, shipments), inventory and much more.
We've created seperated user membership area, where the user can check his wish list, profile, settings, referral network and virtual wallet.
The referral network business model is unique on the market and adjusted completely based on client needs. Users can earn digital currency while shopping or via a referral link, which they can spend on the portal afterwards.
